lets have a cleaning thread.

This is the cleaning I did today:

1. Cleaned my bathroom
2. Cleaned my kitchen
3. Cleaned my lounge tables
4. Changed my lounge table cloths
5. Wiped down surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes
6. Changed my dressing table cloth
7. Took out the rubbish & recycling
8. Am airing out my apartment
9. Am running two fans
10.Am running the dehumidifier
11.Keep on top of the washing up

I am very organized.

I cleared out the household bins today. I usually do it friday, just after I have binned the wrapping from my fish and chips, but I was out and didn't have any.

I am getting a new scarf so I went through my hat and scarf basket and weeded out ones I don't wear . I also got and organiser for my shopping bags.

I washed the car yesterday. I don't wash it very often these days but I don't use it much.

Dont you have him restrained? Its the law here.

I tidied and re-organized my closet this evening.

Things were back to normal yesterday as I was at home this week. I normally clean out the house bins, both upstairs and down, on a Friday. It's the fish and chip paper which prompts me as it is a large item for the kitchen bin (it may be paper but it is contaminated so they don't accept it in recycling). This is all the general waste which accumulates although bigger items, such as cardboard packaging, is binned as things are opened. We have a small container for perishable waste which is emptied daily so rotting items do not accumulate in the house.

Throw away food!!!

That's something that I hate and seldom do

I cleaned my bathroom and kitchen this evening. I had to have a cold shower afterwards because I was so hot and sweaty. I simply HAD to shower. I used cold water to rinse myself: heaven.

Anyhow, I also cleaned tables and changed table cloths. I dusted, too. Which I do every week like clockwork. I am also airing out my apartment and running the dehumidifier.

Maybe cool. It seems a waste of the heat to get really cold. I prefer warm in winter too rather than very hot.

They have turned a harmless, undistinguished room into an 'I-don't-know-what'. 

There's too much wrong to start criticising.

However, I do like the panelling, in a lesser colour that would look classy.

I would make it a lot brighter, without being harsh. They made it dark. It's too small for me though, except for it's short term function.

Sorry to break with tradition, but I would like it brighter too.

Most of these hit the spot when it comes to light.

Small bathrooms in dark colours will look dingy, very quickly.
