I am going to buy nothing in January. No shoes, no clothes, no makeup, no food, no beauty products - nothing!

Unless I have emptied all my options for food.

Other than that, only much needed breakages, or a definite need, will change my mind.

The cupboards, and the freezers are currently full. I wonder how long they will last....

Anyone else wanting to test their need for consumerism?

I always have to buy food because I only buy a small enough amount to get by for about 2 weeks or so, and then fresh items that don't last need to be bought more often as well. An entire month for that ain't happening.

The rest sounds like most months for me, honestly. I don't buy what I don't need usually lol

Cherry I was pondering your question but I decided I can't do it. I have a cruise in early February so I will need something new for it. Even without that excuse I don't think I would last over a week.

My glaasses broke so I ordered new ones.
I also ordered more "sinus essential oils" for the diffuser in ALL rooms of the house cuz we ran out. But they legit help us breathe. And a shower head because mine broke.

A stroke of luck yesterday. I went to Lidl to buy essential food but when I selected a trolley I found it had jammed wheels. The next was jammed too. Maybe the wet weather has swelled something? In this they had effectively shot themselves in the foot and helped me as, althought there were temptations on the center isle, I could not carry any more than I went in for so only bought essentials not any extras
