Nought Bought January

Back grocery shopping. I had less milk than I thought, so I have bought 6 litres.

I also needed Brussels pate. I have used up everything that you can put on toast.

I didn't expect to get through a month without topping up my food. My freezer is also one third empty now. I doubt if it has ever been so.

Bought nought yesterday.

But today I noticed my favourite charity shop is closing down. It's a dog rescue charity, so I had to go and check it out. I got a pair of casual trousers. I tried to buy more, but it has been well raked over. Which is good, as more money for the dogs.

I noticed one of my dresses hanging up, and a jumper. Considering how much stuff we have given them over the years, it is pleasing to see all but those two went.

Well I guess we can turn our heads once again...

It will be interesting to see that happens then, with all the people that are participating.

Nought bought today, but it was close. I took the so to Matalan, and I almost bought a one armed sequin top - it was so cheap. But the usual problem when I tried it on - death by sequins!

I notice online, it only comes in size 16. In the shop they had all sizes.

It's the huntress look. I have had a few asymmetrical like that over the years.

No I didn't. It was death by sequins. You know, the way they rip your underarms if you are dancing. It's like dancing in sandpaper.
