It's the darn city Cherry, inspection for everything, at separate times, It's like pulling teeth to get them out, electric, plumbing, framing, HVAC, kitchen and bath remodeling, they have to inspect everything. Then for the addition, they require soil testing which has not been done yet. It has been 2.5 months already. We will be lucky if we move in by end of April.
