So it seems I'm falling to bits. Physio has pointed out that my left side is actually higher than my right the artrose in my right side is causing me to compensate with the left and this is probably what's causing problems on the left.
My next appointment is Thursday today she concentrated on my neck and Thursday she will start on my lower back trying to regain the balance and working with me to make sure that I don't overcompensate to one side or the other.

Sounds rather tricky. Compensating for problems is very common.

I'm more of an owl myself... and I am prone to depression lol
I tend to fall asleep early. I have never really been a night owl. I do my best work when I am wide enough awake to do it though so it is not always in the morning, if I wake up tired for instance. Got to clear the cobwebs first!
Ick, I've been hearing about this... but I think it was in another country. I can't remember. It was a small number of people. I will say, "no thanks" to this... we don't need anything else spreading right now lol

I'm by no means an expert but cancer has been linked to many factors. I also think too much of anything can be one factor.
I also think cancer is not always because the person has made drink or diet choices. Cancer can hit even people who do everything to protect themselves.
BUT I am in no way dismissing research into cancer: and I do know I am not an expert.
Every person has cancer cells in them, it depends on what you do that trigger them.
Pretty much! Sometimes we can't fight it off, and that's when it gets bad. Certain things definitely increase your chances of this happening, but I don't think there's a 100% sure way to avoid it other than to... die? lol

Cancer is not always the person's fault. No one blames a woman for getting breast cancer if she smokes. I do also feel the media blame cancer on people being overweight. This drives me nuts. A woman of 8 stone is just as much likely to get cancer as a woman of 16 stone. Admittedly, it isn't a good idea to be that weight BUT - again - it is not always the person's fault.

Well not exactly a surprise people who suffer chronic pain have been telling doctors exactly this for so many years.
I did not like the part in the article that mentioned animal experiments. One would assume given that so many people with chronic pain have reported these symptoms animal experiments/ causing animals pain would not be necessary.
