Kids are going to love that....

There was once an archaelogical dig round the corner from us. My kids were all little and pestered me to go.

They were so disappointed when all there was was broken bowls, and a few shells. They expected a trex skeleton lol

I think kids can take or leave crockery. 

I remember some parks would have sand boxes that they hid stuff in so we could pretend we were archaeologists.. it usually was shark teeth in there.... lol

That's so cute.

Andrea used to hide little bags of sweets in the garden for her kids to dig up. 

One of the reasons we moved was that the house was just not big enough for the ever expanding historical crockery collections.

it is really amazing just how large these dinosaurs could be.

I know, I saw this before. It's truly amazing.

Amazing. He has been going to Peace River and finding quite a bit. I will get some of the pics that he has taken.

For me "That means we've only dug up 0.00000125% of all the adult T. rexes that ever lived." suggests that figure is a gross exageration.

It could also mean we haven't dug deep enough to find most of them ;p Or many were completely obliterated and turned to ash! lol
