We have salt and vinegar chips, and pickled onion chips....

I am sure there are more than this. I don't see the jalapeño or habanero chips here.

You can't just say "I like pickles"! 

Pickling is a technique, not an item.

But pickle flavored items usually try to taste like pickles and not just like something pickled! They add dill to get that taste. Some chips do a better job than others... I forget which brand.. but there id a dill pickle chip that I really like most of all. They capture the flavor well.

Maybe you could try pickled pasta Cherry...lol...

I have tried eels and they are quite boney if not filleted properly.

Ok so my son-in-law is the expert but he showed me and it's not so difficult.cut off the head and a tail then put your finger into the cleaning cut and just peel back the skin and peeling off like peeling a banana.... you get the idea.
so now the eel skinless but it still has bones slightly open when gutting slit is take the backbone in one hand between your thumb and forefinger and with the other thumb and four finger slide down with a firm motion. The meat should simply slide away from the bones.
