Yesterday I made turkey burgers with gouda, mashed avocado, and lettuce. Used Udi's gluten free buns. The buns were much softer than they used to be when they first came out... it was almost like "real" bread!
Right now I'm snacking on salt and vinegar chips.. yumm!
lol I think pork rinds are a bit different, they are also called cracklings. They are just airy pork skin, and really don't have a strong flavor. They also don't look like toenails xD They are kind of fluffy and light.
