I saw this thing on FB where you take a box cake and put a 12 oz can of soda pop (whatever flavor you like) into the mix with nothing else and back it up. I tried that on my last vacation. I bought two just in case the first was a flop which it was.
I ended having to make it with 1/4th cup liquid egg and 10 oz of the soda. Moistest nicest cake I've ever had.

My grandmother used to make this pudding cake called Cottage Pudding or something like that. If I happen upon the recipe I'll put it on here. Best cake ever. And it's served with a sauce but, grandma always put warm chocolate cook pudding on it. I could eat a pan by myself.

Nowadays I'm ok with just a white cake mix with instant chocolate pudding slathered over it.

No, gluten lol they are usually made with wheat and fried.

Although, I also cannot eat a lot of seafood because of my thyroid disorder. I can't have too much iodine or else my thyroid will produce too much hormone (it already does that on its own), so I must limit my seafood. I am not allergic, though, but I don't eat it often.
