Yesterday our shop was giving a loaf away free..... It is really lovely, and in fact, utterly moorish. The entire loaf was gone in one sitting.

We eat German style bread all the time and it is great although Irish soda bread is fantastic too.

Tomorrow Im boiling a han ( bacon) joint in cider and serving it with a sprout mash..Totally yummy then for afters Im making steamed Jam sponge...

Yesterday I made turkey burgers with gouda, mashed avocado, and lettuce. Used Udi's gluten free buns. The buns were much softer than they used to be when they first came out... it was almost like "real" bread!

Right now I'm snacking on salt and vinegar chips.. yumm!

They are just airy pork skin, and really don't have a strong flavor. They also don't look like toenails xD They are kind of fluffy and light.
