The Food Thread

We are talking about drinks in the food thread and about food in the drinks thread.... lol

It is nice with red meat.

Well the drink thread is my thread. And I never care if we stay on topic in MY threads. LOL

They're just as guilty so...~Chuckles~

I think as long as we get back on topic, we will because of someone watching, it is okay. I know when I am talking with friends the conversation wanders all over the place.

It also depends on the thread topic. For example, I don't tend to let the politics thread go off topic for too long.

I also won't let the diaries go off topic for too long if the 'owner' is not present. I already locked Snoozys.

i'm ok with a little side back and forth. no worries there.

Over here we call that marrow, and it tastes horrid.

I am not a veg person. I eat it if it's been put in front of me or if it comes with the "pop into the microwave" dishes, but I wouldn't buy them fresh. They are boring.
Although, I do love brussel sprouts. Add a little butter and maybe a hint of nutmeg. They can be a bit dry if you don't cook them to perfection, but the butter should take care of that.
Although - again - last Christmas I saw at Marks & Spencer frozen brussel sprouts in a bag to microwave. And they turned out perfectly.

being good? lmbo! it's just a recipe. i don't always eat like that. mostly junk.

Better still, throw out the veg and keep the garlic.
