Do You Like Sleeping?

I woke up today at 11am. I'd gone to be early, so managed to get out of bed.

I was surprised when I slept well last night. I don't know why really but maybe it was that it is so dull this morning.

I must be confused or at least mixed up .... I dreamt I was trying to set the summerhouse foundations with cake icing

I had to laugh. I was so tired that I slept deeply. I do remember having a dream though. I don't remember the actual content well this morning but in the dream I fell asleep and didn't dream any more

I'd like that kind of sleep.

I was back the ****** nhs again.

I need better dreams!

I had a good night's sleep last night. I went to sleep at around 10:30pm and woke up at 9am.

I like to take care of myself.

We both have a fairly regular sleep pattern.

Usually go to bed around 10.30pm each day and sleep through to around 6.30am.

Maybe the occasional visit to the bathroom during the night, but we try to limit our liquid intake late evening so we don't have to get up 

I dozed off a bit occasionally through the day but did still sleep well last night. I think the heat may be making me sleepy although I am still following my usual routine so am getting tired.

8 hours last night! Disgraceful!

There are better things to do with my life than be lifeless like that.

It's the truth.

I had an early start today: and a bad's night sleep.

I slept well again last night even though it was hot. I was very busy yesterday though as I had to get some things done even though it was hot so I got tired out.

A good night's sleep again. I've been on a roll.
