I do. I like to have a good 10 hours sleep every night. I don't like going without good shut-eye. Having my head on a pillow is paradise to me: I also love lying underneath a duvet.
Wow 10 hours... No chance I generally get 7 or 8 . Even though I suffer with chronic fatigue I just don't get the chance to sleep 10 hours. And generally speaking 7 or 8 hours is enough to let me live fairly normal life.
If my body decides to have a break down I do have to sleep and then my record is 18 hours straight ..
Yes and no. I like uninterrupted sleep, but I don't seem to get that as much anymore, so then I don't look forward to going to sleep so much.
Things that interrupt me..... I can't stay very comfortable with my back and tailbone pains, so I have to readjust.. and sometimes I also just sleep hallucinate or have nightmares that wake me up.. or our dog or neighbor dogs wake us randomly throughout the night or early morning.
I just feel exhausted all the time... I don't ever feel rested even on a good night, but at least sometimes my dreams are funny or entertaining, so I don't mind.
I really do love sleep but sleep doesn't love me. Lately I usually can't fall asleep to after midnight and I am often up by 4:30. I used to get about 6 hours but that seems to be a thing of the past.
I slept well last night and slept in until 08:30. 4:30 sounds too early but, noting the time difference, it would be 9:30 here so you actually slept in lol

Sleep. Oh that lol,s okay at what time matter,s not or where, so long as its not so hot i wont sleep much , mind you when you sleep on Ice way down the south Antarctica with sun 24 hours a day in an ice house we dug out - igloo type , i dont mind frezzing of cause 5 deg up or down = Fahrenheit. not an issue, in some places was 30 feet of ice other,s 7 foot other,s weeeeell never mind youll be a bit wet and cold .
I can change my body times when i sleep so does not matter as i have done mouse dutys at any time of day or night. = that means when other,s are sleeping we are on duty to make sure every thing is safe a look out for fire or machines shutting down just being aware of whats going on around us,
How much do i need about 6 hours most times though can go longer or shorter depends on what i,m doing if i,m working hard out i,ll have more when not less,
I quess what i found was some people are very hard and set in what they need and can do, if they miss thier sleep.....oh yes i know, and getting them up in the morning is OH DEAR ME,,,,i better clear the deck . well i learnt quick ,

I had a wonderful nap today: I felt so refreshed and cleansed. I do feel I need to rest my eyes regularly: having a bedtime routine is very important to me.
Well I'm still stuck on this 4:30 am waking time. Not good at all.
A member of our art group does not sleep much at all. She does much of her artwork in the middle of the night. She hates not sleeping well too
At the moment I seem exausted. I slept nine hours last night and didn't want to get up, even then. It seems quiet outside at the moment so maybe it is the lack of life
I have reviewed my sleeping habits after all this chat. I seem to be on 6 - 8 hours, and anything on that spectrum allows me to get up and get on.
I think that's where I am, 6 - 8 hours.
I leave plenty of time for sleep in my schedule in case I'm able to sleep all the way through the night. I haven't been as disturbed recently by waking in the night because I've been taking allergy medicine again. My indoor allergies seem to bother me most at night or when I first wake, so it could be that I'm collecting more than just books, and have a dust issue in my room...
If I do find myself up in the night, I try not to get up for long, just the bathroom and not a lot of light. I have my tablet on a screen-dim mode at night, but it'd be best if I avoided turning it on while I'm waiting to sleep again. Time to start putting my story-creating to work overnight if I'm up, since that doesn't even need paper and pen to start. Thinking of others and praying for them is a great activity for overnight as well.

Beds are noted to be good collectors of dust and mites which, although not too much of an issue for most, are a real problem for allergy sufferers. It means cleaning and even replacing bedding often. I presume you are familiar with that though.

I woke up at 9:30am today and feel refreshed and cleansed. I may have a nap later today, but I feel fine now. Again - as you all know - I do love my sleep.
