Do You Like Sleeping?

I slept in today until 9:30am. Last night I went to bed at 10:40pm.

I had a good night's sleep last night and feel better for it today.

So have I but I've tended more to just relax in my chair and work my brain on things I have been trying to sort. It does make me mentally fatigued by bedtime but I sleep well and have been productive.

7 hours last night

If I wake early I usually just start a dream, while awake, and steadily doze off while still dreaming. The next thing I find is that time has moved on and I have been asleep.

I do like my sleep. But I was woken up at 6am today by my friend: I couldn't talk to her because I was so groggy. So I didn't answer the phone. I was also not happy about being woken up at 6am for no reason. I don't do social chats so early in the morning.

She's tried to phone a few times but I've been busy.

I am still tired.

I was a tad tired but still got out of bed this morning. I wanted to get things done, so just got on with things. But I did have an early night last night: I fell right asleep about 20 minutes before 11pm. The sleep did me good.

Back to normal today, not bright and bushy tailed or dog tired,

I got out of bed at 7am today. I was tired but couldn't sleep. This meant having a nap for two hours later on. But with the sun shining through the window I simply couldn't stay in bed. I did have an early night, though: so that is a positive.

Up at 6 this am.

Another 4:30 am start for me.

7:00 am

I woke up today at 12pm. I had a nice sleep in: and am glad I did.

I slept until 4:30 this morning. One look and I jumped out of bed.
