Do You Like Sleeping?

I really don't mind at all. It's been that way for years and I don't see it changing. I am the ultimate morning person. 

Today I woke up at 10:45am. I fell asleep last night at 11:15pm. I am very glad to have slept so long. I feel much better for it and have no regrets.

It was so warm last night , almost impossible to get a good sleep.

Absolutely. I am still his little girl. 

I couldn't cope with your sleeping habits.  I resent the loss of the 7-8 hours I spend in bed. 

I got my usual four and a half hours sleep. Sometimes I get a little more but if get more than five and a half I actually feel sluggish.

It's not usually an hour but I doze off in a similar manner when reading regularly.

I doze off in my husband has a baseball game on tv or golf also. 

At least if it is a DVD you can restart it from when you remember.

I must do, since I got out of bed at 1pm today.

to those who can't sleep, what keeps you awake?

If Ive had a disagreement with OH .. I hate that and it does keep me awake.

Noise from others used to keep me awake too.. All that screeching and yelling as they leave friends houses at 2am when I had to be up at 6.
In London at my mums it was the constant sirens ... It seems at night there is no other traffic except blues and twos.

Sometimes my mind is to active at bedtime. It usually has to do with work when I have a large project to do of a presentation to make.
