A reason the salesman gave was that the lead times on new ones was so long that second hand ones were now greatly in demand. As mine is only two years old and very low mileage it is almost 'as new' so is one they could shift quickly. It's a good reason why there is no point changing for me though

The weekly shop. This afternoon when I take my friends shopping to her I will put together a flat pack side table she bought from a catalogue thinking it would come ready assembled.

the excitement is too much. lol

My oldest is feeling better already, but we'll need the test results to know if we're all contagious... (Instead of strep like I suspected, it could be a stomach bug the doc says spreads very easily.) The boys didn't have lunch with their dad today so they don't pass anything to their half-brother (their dad's youngest) who is 10 months old on Monday.

We got our cleaning done today, discussed a couple kids' books on online etiquette and safety, took a walk in the neighbourhood, and finished an episode of Nature (from PBS) about squirrels. (They're so cool!) The middle guy also put together empty paper-towel rolls and cardboard to make a model of a catamaran. Great day of school!

I've been grocery shopping. I also have done some life admin on my computer. I did some cleaning and am airing out my apartment.

I like being organized.

I organsied a few things yesterday and my sister phoned and we discussed mum's future, agreeing a few things. Really nothing major but it was good to get more done in the day than built up.

Maybe skip the alligator shoes today?

Out and about shopping.

Done the dark laundry and hung it up, stripped the bed and put the sheets on . Spoken to mum.

Now am just back from taking doggie around the woods.

The kids have been reading, drawing or typing. (The middle guy was goofing off trying to replicate some stats screens on the portable keyboard. Hey, it's typing practice whether you're creating something original or copying something!)

I sorted laundry and put more through the wash, sent off some cards in the mail, and chose a new cell provider (without a new phone yet, but I'll keep an eye on refurbished ones).
