Yesterday I had a very busy day: I went to the supermarket. I went out for lunch with my sister and my good friend, Nick. My family [my sister, dad and myself] went out for an evening meal.

I went to bed shattered: however, I had a great time yesterday!

Today I have had my daily shower. I also gave myself a manicure, using a silver glitter colour. I am drinking my cup of coffee and will soon be going to my sister's house.

I keep busy!

That's the type of day I wish I could have lol. Glad to hear you had a great time though!

I'm off work today, so just enjoying my free time before a full 6-day-a-week shift starting next month (ugh). Playing games, listening to music, watching series online, wanted to walk outside but it was dark and raining throughout the afternoon, so I just did plank and sit-ups inside lol.

I have also registered with a catalogue online: I can't wander into any shops, so need clothing bought off the Internet. They seem like a great catalogue. I am sure I'll be buying many items of clothing from them.

But since seeing my own blood loads of times, I am less squeamish. Plus, I have had like a million blood tests. It is just part of life.

I have had my daily shower. I've put on a load of laundry. I've submitted a form to do with my Open Study College course. I've given myself a manicure, using Mermaid Fin. I also sorted my jewellery box.

I was up at 5am. We did our big shop in Germany today. The amount of idiot drivers on the road today was shocking. One pulled across us changing lanes without looking and nearly took the nose off my car!

Its now 23.35 and Im finally getting ready for bed..

Annie I know. We always get carried away. There was close to 20 pounds of meat. We freeze most of it and give some to friends and yes, it will last quite awhile.

They look really good!

When I was little dad had a hand meat grinder and used to mince meat but he never made sausages. I wonder where the grinder got to as it's something I could use but I think they got rid of it when they had to downsize. I would not use one often enough to justify buying.

I do find it easier to make in bulk and then freeze stuff , it saves on all the time and energy of setting up each time.

Drove up to Denver this morning to get my car serviced. I made this appointment 6 months ago. I left here @ 0730 and arrived @ 0900 for an appointment @ 0920. It wasn't until 0940 when someone even started to check me in!!! When they were finished with my car, I let them know that I was not happy.

I made another appointment in April for 0800, when they first open. It should make for an easier drive as well.

Stopped at IKEA on the way back home and tried their plant-based meatballs. They were pretty good. I then purchased some dish towels and rags, a couple of packages of orange Daim candies, some frozen meatballs, lingonberry sauce, and a couple of packages of filled butter cookies.
