I remembered to take my meds this morning.. yesterday I forgot and took it halfway through the day.. oops. Thank goodness for daily pill sorter to use as a reminder because I can't always remember. I've been taking the same pill for so long that it can feel like I took it when I didn't.

Again, this morning I drank my caffetterie coffee. I put on a load of laundry and also hoovered.

I have been working online today, too: I bought my good friend a Moonpig.com* birthday card. It is personalized with her name and inner message. I also bought her a Jamie Oliver cook book, a Billy Elliott DVD and a shopping voucher worth £30.

I hope she likes these lavish gifts!

*I don't know why I didn't use Moonpig.com before. It is a pretty good idea to buy - and design - personalized cards. I shall definitely be buying all my Christmas cards with Moonpig AND birthday cards.

Back to the house, hopped on more meeting until 6:30, had a salad then got on zoom for another meeting with the broker who is selling my parents' properties. Now I can relax.

Our evening cook was being crappy to me again and the lead was nitpicking and pissing me off yesterday. I was so mad when I left I just wanted to smack someone with a pan. In fact the chimp probably would have done a better job of it they were really really bad and delayed us by about 3 hours.

But the bathroom is up and running, its functional there's some snagging and some trimming off to do but it's workable.
And now we are taking a couple of days off tomorrow the grandchildren arrive for a flying visit so we having a relaxing night watching Disney films and eating junk food we're going to be the nice grandma and grandad.. no rules no veggies no hassle.

They know my work record and the fact that at the moment I'm in a situation I don't want to be in. They're appreciative of the fact that I'm hanging in there. The supervisor said he knows it seems like I'm being strung along but that they're doing what they can to rectify this ASAP. They have 2 more coming to interview. If they could just get someone that would do a good job and would stay. They have one that might come back but he keeps job hopping so I don't know if that will go over for more than a month or so. It's very frustrating.
