I normally sent the interviewer(s) my list of questions two days in advance because I would like them to be prepared.  CA laws does not allow too many personal questions and my credentials are on the resume so they spent most their time answering my questions anyway, of course I will drill more into it if I need to. I have ten references so I also send the 10 reference letters as well as the farewell announcement from the president's office which listed all of my responsibilities and accomplishments so I provided them the evidence of what I claimed on my resume anyway.
