I did cover this in a previous post, it's the old "I am off out to walk the dog, if anyone has a slipper, a trainer, or a shoe that needs dumping in the woods, then fetch me it now!" routine.

I spent most of the day on housework. Defrosting the freezer was the main task, but I also got some diy in. I fitted a wooden inset around our new window. We are really pleased with the new window, it really lights up the room, and we can now watch the squirrels run along the fence just two feet away.

I have drunk my caffetterie coffee. I have also posted on Facebook and logged into my email accounts.

My day, more physical therapy, work, some food shopping and now taking it easy. My shoulder really aches after PT but it is getting better.

I'm actually done very little today I've walked the dogs put on some laundry did a bit of hoovering but my husband is busy stripping out the hallway now so I was confined to the downstairs and unable to do anything else upstairs at all.

Today I woke up still very tired. Got out of bed at around 9am, washed the dishes, made myself a hot chocolate and a bowl of granola mixed with strawberries, bananas and blueberry yogurt. Just got the mail and about to look at the flyers to see if there are any good deals this week. I am feeling very tired this morning and the headache I've had for days is starting to get worse :/. I might just spend most of the day in bed. I've been eating my CBD gummies like crazy and unfortunately, this headache is just too stubborn.

Terrible day today, my FIL has liver cancer, still waiting to find out what stage. I had a feeling something terrible would happen 2 days ago and now this.

My godson found a match for his bone marrow transplant.

My dear friend Lori is back into the ER today.

Hubby and I will have dinner with one of my godmothers tomorrow. This woman is incredible, she has breast cancer, but still drving herself around doing charity works, mentoring young college female students and giving lectures at the Universities.

Today is going to be a nice quiet day by the pool unless we do get that rain. First a quick trip to the market to pick us a few things for our cookout tomorrow.

I am going to play video games! I was in the middle of questing when my power went out last night lol so now I have to make up for the time lost today ;p hehe

Florida does sound like an interesting place to live.

We spent all morning cleaning out the old car. Dog hair is amazing its gets everywhere I mean my dog has never been in the boot or the glove box but his hair was there!

Finally everything is clean and polished and the air freshner makes it smell like a tarts boudoir but as that seems to be what people want when looking at a car so be it.. I now await the tyre kickers...
