Root beer is meh, diet coke is meh, diet anything is meh. Any normal soda like Coca-Cola or Fanta wins. Here we also have soda water, my favorite is You C-1000's versions. Since the normal You C-1000 is too much for my stomach, I can handle the water version much better.
A professor at our hospital gifted us a coffee machine with some small coffee boxes to make our own espresso and latte. I wish he sent us something related to tea instead lol!

Rooibos latte, anyone? That's what I ordered at a coffeeshop last Sunday since they didn't have any decaf Earl Grey to make a London Fog. So, the downtown coffeeshop makes a great rooibos latte, but the winner for local coffeeshops goes to the place uptown (literally uptown, since it's up the hill!) because that's where they have lots of decaf options plus dairy alternatives... Starbucks is way lower on the list, though, since it's just a tiny one in the grocery store and the employees often don't know their teas. (Sigh)
Starbucks only know green tea/matcha lol. That's the only thing I expect from them anyway, so we're good.
I think I've heard of rooibos before. Is it some kind of purple flower? I feel like I've tried a tea made from it, but I can't remember how it tasted. I wonder what they use to replace milk for their drinks, that's hard to imagine.

Personally I don't like Rooibos tea at all. My suggestion is to try it before buying a big pack as, although it is cheap, it does not taste anything like ordinary tea.
Big scandle thats broken here is that there is sugar in your tea bags...especially if you drnk fruit flavoured or mixed blends but even in bags marked pure rooibos 1% was sugar.
Hjalmar Permentier of the UMCG ( University Medical Center Groningen) exposed the whole thing earlier this year, in some cases up to 5% of the contents of a tea bag were sugar globules that often look like small brown or white grains.

My favourite tea company is Celestial Seasonings. Occasionally, I'll get Tetley for decaf Earl Grey (to make a London Fog!) and Stash (for a few flavours, including decaf English Breakfast). I sure hope those companies are being honest about their teas!

My mom gets that brand (Celestial Seasonings). I remember the decorative boxes lol

London fog?
Earl Grey latte with vanilla syrup. Yum! Younger sis introduced me to the drink at Starbucks way back when, proving that even a non-coffee-drinker can find something they'll like at Starbucks!
I make mine with heated coconut milk (microwave, since I'm lazy) and I have the sugar-free vanilla syrup that's used in the coffeeshops (though I haven't bought the actual pump top to measure well).
Other great lattes: rooibos, Candy Cane Lane (Celestial Seasonings, decaf green tea with peppermint), strawberry pomegranate, English Breakfast... Just about any flavour of tea!
I use pre-bagged and loose-leaf teas. However, some bags have microplastic and nanoplastic particles that can leech into your drink when boiled.. so I just cut them open and make it loose-leaf lol

I just didn't like the taste of the paper. That was my problem.

I don't have paper bags, but I know any time I drink out of paper cups if getting something to go it gets the flavor of the cup.. yuck!
