I am obsessed with so many things! I know we are forever behind on this, but the husband and I just started LOST.
I LOVE Shonda Rhimes, so I have devoured Scandal, all of Grey's, How to Get Away With Murder and Station 19. I love all 3 of the Chicago series. The Resident is amazing, as well as New Amsterdam. Sons of Anarchy. The Last of Us. The Challenge. Law and order SVU. Criminal Minds. All of the NCIS series, but especially LA.
I know we are forever behind on this, but the husband and I just started LOST.
It's funny you mentioned that. I started watching it when it first came out, but stopped for whatever reason. I finished binge-watching the entire series a couple of months ago.

I lost interest when they found that pod/shelter thing...

I ran out of patience with it... So many questions just left hanging, for more than one season. I got to about season 4 before turning it off in frustration. Too far fetched, and too silly.
LOL I can feel me getting angry about it again......

This weekend my daughter watched 'Leave the world behind' (Julia Roberts) She says it should be re-named leave this film behind, for exactly the same reasons , too many questions unanswered, no plot and no real ending.

I had so many emotions on this movie. At first I was like YESSS! THIS IS LEGIT! & then all of a sudden I was like, "whose drunk self wrote this script!?" && I ended it with "this was a while "deep in the middle of a pandemic lockdown movie" with exactly zero plot line and literally everyone is just standing there saying lines"... to say it was odd is an understatement... and now the internet is all "everyone should watch this movie because they are warning us!" -- OF WHAT INTERNET?!

I watched Persuasion (1995) Saturday for Jane Austen's birthday. Sunday's pick: Return of the King - will start the extended edition since the movie is now 20 years old, and I've also been meaning to finish the extended trilogy. (Quite a commitment if you plan to watch all the special features discs, too, but I think I'll have to get back to that part another time.)

I had no idea it was now 20 years old,,,, that's a shocker.

I'd make it a double feature night Cassie.
To me, the movie, "Remains of the Day", its script anyway, made a curious decision. Why make a confused butler the main character and a Nazi sympathizer the back story line? Both are tragic characters, I know. So why not the reverse?
So, every Christmas eve, I watch muppet's christmas carol, and unless fairy waves her magic wand, I won't be watching it this year (first time since the thing came out)
I usually rely on tv to watch it, or my dvd (but the disk is currently mmissing), and since I can't afford disney plus, guess who's breaking tradition this year?

I've borrowed that Muppet movie from the library before - my only copy was a VHS... I watched it last night on Disney+ but I do keep thinking I'd like to own it again. Do you ever rent digitally? That might be a solution, too.

UGG
Darn .. I gave my dvd copy to the secondhand shop when we downsized... otherwise you could have had my one.

I feel that was a thing (but maybe it's just me) that everyone, at some stage, had that movie on VHS
I know I did. I remember vhs like it was yesterday. they were huge, and the cases they came in as well...
I had loads. My favourite VHS I had was the wizard of oz. Wore it out
We watched Its a wonderful life yesterday. I had to give OH explainations throughout he lost the thread and we atrted to watch a series called bodies a bi of a murder mystery sci fi but I can tell he is finding it too difficult to follow so I think if I want to watch the rest I will have to do it alone.

We also watched that yesterday. I love a lot of the clothes in that film, and often try to decide what colour they are.
