I watched a few episodes of The Muppet Show last night when I was looking for something light-hearted. Guest stars were Steve Martin (okay), George Burns (fun!), and Julie Andrews (marvelous, as always!). No wonder I loved the show as a kid!

The problem with the "Alien"series and related movies is the android technology. If you can build almost undetectable and near kill-proof androids, why any human crew? I admit the androids will need better, more reliable programming. But we knew that since "Hal" in 2001.

There was a huge crunch in Prometheus. The engineer did not die as he was supposed to, which was how he was found in the Alien original film.
