{Spoiler Alert!}I really enjoyed the show, even though you could ride an elephant through the holes in the plot. But the ending was soooooo disappointing.

I watched Star Trek 2 on Thursday because it was Star Trek Day and also, it's been 40 years since it released! Good fun - as one article recently explained, it's basically about taking down a space pirate. No wonder it works so well.
For family viewing, we finished off National Treasure 2 today. I'm actually more than a bit excited that my kids like a couple of treasure-hunt movies, something else to have in common.

We are watching Seven Seconds. It's a limited series. The lawyer lady in the show is kind of an unlikable character. IDK why they wrote her like they did... a lot of the characters are morally bankrupt or a little crazy xD
We finished Designated Survivor.. it didn't really have an ending, so maybe they thought they were going to come back for a 4th season.

Oh, also watching House of the Dragon (GOT spin-off). I think it's fine, people were already trashing it from the first episode... but it has similar vibes as GOT to me, so I don't see what the deal is.
Cobra Kai is back, so we'll be watching that soon, too..

I'll be catching up on shows this week, and Rings of Power will be one. Seemed pretty good from the first two episodes.
I haven't finished rewatching Bunheads yet, but I started another show on Disney I used to watch: Commander-in-Chief. Thumbs up so far!
Next movie to watch: Back to the Beach, a beach party parody with Annette Funicello! I have loved this movie since I first saw it on TV years ago, and now it's part of my collection!

We started on Don't F**k with Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer... geez.... the guy is so crazy. It's a very upsetting documentary if you like animals... and maybe people...

LOL We can't all enjoy the same things eh?
Whenever my kids are disagreeing and being a bit mean to each other about it, I remind them that life is more interesting because we have so many opinions.

I caught up on Lower Decks last night and I'm watching Season 3 of Call the Midwife because one Canadian channel hasn't gotten to more recent seasons yet! I totally forgot about one plot development, but I think I must have seen it when the season was new. The writers got me all over again!
Looking forward to Broadchurch (almost finished Season 2 thanks to PBS) and Rings of Power this weekend. I also acquired my own copy of the Back to the Future trilogy recently, so that may show up on my schedule soon. I can't decide which movie is best, in case that question is likely to pop up!

I enjoyed Call the Midwife for a while, then it got a bit too preachy, and even worse - predictable. Probably around the third season.
I just finished Kleo on netflix, it's the best thing I have seen for a while.

loved it last time round, so it has a big reputation to follow
also got ridley to watch this week and the new series of bloodlands
basically, lots of detective stuff. lol
I started watching Professor T but it didn't seem my cup of tea at all. I turned it off half way through, Not one for me.
Last night I watched the last Ridley of this series. Not my favourite but I did enjoy it. I see there is a new detective series next week, in place of Ridley (I forget the name). I will give it a watch. I know some of the old favourites, Poirot, Miss Marple, Maigret etc, so well that I could maybe stand in for the actors
Anyone watching the new House of the Dragon? I'm finding it boring and predictable. I wasn't that big a fan of GoT I just watched it for some of the actresses.

I'm watching it, but I'm not bored for the most part. The recent episode did have a lull, but that's because I don't like dancing, so I thought it went on too long.. some of the choreography was so tacky lol even if something is predictable, I don't seem to find it less entertaining.

I have only got as far as ep 2, but I do see what you mean. I liked GoT though, apart from the silly finale.
