So we are watching the Korean film Parasite, got halfway through so far .. I have to translate some subtitle for OH so its a bit slow going but the film is good..
Youtube, we have become addicted to a cooking channel....but there are no noisy chefs no frantic running about or swearing, no fussy tarted up dishes that look like art works just good honest country cooking..and some stunning backdrops. Its so relaxing and makes you very hungry
We are watching Longmire now. Sometimes I fall asleep if I start watching it too late, but not because it's bad or anything, I do like it lol but it is not one of those intense nonstop action type shows.

Cassie, I have to send you some links, I have been wacthing these Asian youtube cooking channels, they might be too primitive for you but I find them very exotic.

We love watching the street food cooks they are very skilled very quick and the food looks very tasty. But this one was just so relaxed it's quite hypnotic.

Yes, we thought of that as we watched him tonight. S06E02 He was trying to get a poly bag out of the tree.
I have been watching a lot of true life crime shows lately. I just watched The Murderer Next Door. A completely different approach. It is all actual police, family and social media films. It was really well done.

Lately I have been putting it on just about every night. It's on HLN and thats all they show.
They're more fascinating than depressing I think. Yes, it's sad what happens to these people.. but it just boggles your mind. Some of the stories are so insane and your jaw will drop.
I always enjoy that show. always fun to see what ideas people come up with. if you don't know what dragons den is, it's basically a show where people with ideas for companies go in to this room to seek start up investments from 5 multi milionairs
I used to like dragons Den for seeing new and innovative ideas coming out but these days the dragon sitting there with a big stack of money next to them strikes me as being slightly vulgar. I quite like revamp programmes there's a remade one on BBC2 at the moment where people take old things into be recycled upcycled and made into something new and exciting. Next week there's a BBC2 programme starting called all that glitters and it's a jewellery makers competition match in the same vein as sewing bee. I think I will enjoy that watching creative people busy at work.

and things can get pretty heated..
I'm assuming you don't see the Canadian Dragon's Den. I thought it was a unique title, since I noticed the US version was Shark Tank. It shouldn't really surprise me that ours is actually Dragon's Den Canada versus the only Dragon's Den!

I keep seeing older British documentaries because the two channels I like best are publicly funded ones and that's what they snag in the documentary category. (There are lots of British mystery shows as well, but I haven't been interested lately.)
I really enjoyed watching Coastal Railways with Julie Walters.
For newer shows, there was a new All Creatures Great and Small. Also loved it!
