Any plans for the weekend?

Its our anniversary on Monday and normally we celebrate with a family dinner but our daughter has had a really rough week with her husband hearing he has a back hernia and is likely to be 2 months in recovery ( at least) and that her cat has limited time left due to a heart problem..

So tomorrow Im making a big indian dinner with two types of curry with rice, naan bread etc. They can eat here with us or I will take it to them to eat at home if they dont want to leave the cat.

It's Super Bowl weekend...

We are finally ready for tomorrow and the big game. Everyone is bringing something and it looks to be a good time.

I'll be gathering boxes and bins, so I can be ready to clear off bookshelves. I found a sale on bins, and the boxes seem pretty cheap too, plus I can pass them on to others later.

Also have a letter to start for a new pen pal, thanks to the group who got the advance book copies recently.

That all calls for a bunch of good music. Maybe a soundtrack weekend?

We have sever storms here, and the canary islands are on a weather warning.

Hopefully the worst will be out of the way before you go and it will be good when you get there

Going to get some cleaning done.. want to vacuum and shampoo the carpets. My allergies have been really bad this week.. ugh.

It's just computer work today. Oh: I am having lasagne for dinner tonight.

It's my usual shopping today but it is rough out so I will be glad when I am home again and settled for the afternoon
