I can't get my D levels high enough! lol the last one made it to 45, but my doctors tell me to try to reach for 60-80. On the higher end is supposed to be even better for those with autoimmune diseases. Not sure it's ever going to happen, and I even take supplements to help with absorption lol
Wow, I received my lab results in less than 24 hours lol it warned it could take 2 weeks. What a relief! Everything was within normal levels, yay. I'm still on the low end for my T4, but I am taking less medications still, so it is slowly rising.
My liver is also doing well. I was almost high on albumin (just barely normal range), and I read that a common reason for that to be high is dehydration lol so, I need to probably keep working on drinking more water so that doesn't get high!
Why not just ban all tobacco products. It just shows the hypocrisy of it all. The government tells you not to smoke but the won't outlaw it. There is a good reason. The tax revenue is huge and they don't want to lose it.
It's interesting that gold is used as, although I know very little about it, I know that radioactive gold grains have been used to treat certain tumors. I suppose gold is used because it is relatively inert.

I am a regular NHS patient. My doctor is great, too: she has prescribed me medications for various health issues and knows her stuff. I am following her advice for a more healthy lifestyle. I have lost a load of weight, too: all from stopping the candy bars. Boy, I had not realized how fattening those candy bars are! The calories in them... I don't touch them now. And I don't eat ice cream or biscuits. I seldom eat crisps.
I know I am strict with myself, but I don't want to be fat. And I'd much rather go without that sweet than put on a load of weight.
As soon as I read some of the symptoms I thought it was something along the lines of what is mentioned in the article: "the most likely source is "directed, pulsed radio frequency energy."
Too high of levels of some things can make us really sick even if we can safely use them many ways otherwise.

Those like all carbs are fattening. Carbs are also the part of your diet that remind you to eat, so the more carbs you eat proportionately, the more you want.
Try to increase protein while cutting back on the carbs.
However if you start to feel constipated ease back a little.
I strive to avoid even thinking about it lol. my diet is so varied with both good and bad plus lots of trace things from herbs and spices that I just let it balance itself. The avoidance of stress must count for something. I eat a lot of everything with probably double my five a day regularly but still eat meat.
