I tried some once. It was almost like a gelatin, but a little thicker. And yes, no taste. Very weird lol

I guess it could be okay covered in a good dressing! My mom never asked what to even do with it when she bought it, so we just ate it plain to try it. We didn't eat a lot of it lol we also tried squid in its own ink.. that was pretty gross. Although, it was a canned variety, so I feel it was extra 'fishy' tasting. Have you had that before?
