they were getting quite long and I was finding it difficult to type. lol..
I cut my nails all the time, emily91: I hate having long nails. They look good on other women: but not me.
Anyhow, do also remember to shape your nails with an emery board or metal nail file. Also, you certainly don't have to paint your nails to keep them looking good: just regularly cut them and clean them with soap & a nail brush.
If you do want groomed nails - and are prepared to spend the time - a French manicure always looks good.
My thumb nail split so I had to cut it short to avoid a bad split over my thumb. Now I have a painful thumb. I will have to be careful and take care of it

Eyeglass appointment this week. Things are getting a little fuzzy out there.
I'm not rubbing it in, but I am fortunate to not need glasses. I just have perfect vision. Perhaps that will change one-day: I don't know. But I consider myself one of the lucky ones.
Others I take at random either a couple times a week or even just a few times a month:
Vitamin C (if I'll be going out somewhere and for a few days after being out... more so now because of the pandemic) Vitamin D3 Iron (has some B vitamins with it) Quercetin (I was seeing if it helps with allergies like some claim, not sure if I noticed a difference)
When anxious/overly stressed, either both toegther or just one or the other: Lemon Balm
Lavender
I used to take Theanine every morning, but then I wasn't sure if it was worsening my heart palpitations after months of use.

My method of destressing myself is to lay down on the couch watching a mindless show. Lately, I am watching a Japanese show that my husband can't stand, it's called " Old Enough".

It's perhaps not quite mindless but that is why I like to see a fairly easy going, usually old fashione, crime drama. Luckily they don't give me nightmares.
For m,e destressing is earth, any place where I can walk and smell the soil and the plants. I dont mean sniffing flowers just the smell of earth/ grass/trees anything nature it lets the stress wash away.

That sounds cute, but I doubt if I could manage a second one lol

Same with me. I destress by taking walks through the woods and around the lakes.

Does that keep him away Annie?
hahha... yes it does, he called it a child abuse show. He got so mad watching that show.

Oh, I know camera people are around them, but they don't lift a finger helping the kids when they get distressed. The kids also don't know there are camera people around them.
We may have done this already, but, what supplements do you take?
I have this lot 5 days a week. I skip 2 days, just in case I am overdosing, and it allows my body time to clear out
In no particular order
Biotin Vitamin C Calcium with Vitamin D Magnesium Oxide Multivitamins Glucosamine Phosphate Turmeric Vitamin D3
Yes, that's all, just those 8.
I just eat the right foods to get all those vitamins and minerals.
I believe in eating for health and energy. I don't want to faint, so don't starve myself. Instead I eat a small amount: enough to keep my energy levels up. I seldom eat "bad" foods, either. I just use common sense.
