Im a bit confused, if someone could explain I'd be very happy!
What does 'One over' or 'three under' mean?
I'd like to join in on the fun, I'm just quite confused as to what units and what the targets are!
You set your own targets, and you measure whatever you want to measure. Karenand I are both about the weight we want to be, and we are measuring in pounds.
Annie tells us what she actually weighs.
So draw your own parameters. For instance, if you want to lose 10 pounds, set an initial target of 3 pounds... That is achievable, and a worthwhile target.
Did that answer your question?

Ah so say if I had a target of 120 pounds for example, and I would weigh 125 pounds, I would say 5 over!
