I don't like this buyer, they want everything for nothing and my realtor, i feel like he is working for them more than for us. Anyway, if the contingencies are not completely off by next Monday, I will cancel the transaction. I already gave them that warning and I am serious.

In the meantime, we have located a piece of land we like, 2.52 acre, 15 min away from my office, we saw the land by ourselves but we will meet with the owner tomorrow to drive through it with him. The asking price is horrendous but they already did the soil study, the geotechnical study, the hazard study, the land survey and the environmental study as well as the historical study so I will be lenient with my negotiation if I like what I see, btw, it's right at the first hole of a very popular golf course.

If we go this route, it will be a year before we see a house on it!

You know green tea stains worse than black?

I prefer black coffee to white, but that stains, so I add a tiny bit of milk.

Straws make me gag.. I cant deal with dribble or spittle and seeing kids blow through straws.....
