Thanks Heather, I am praying very hard for that since this will be my forever CA home.

We scout the area every week, it's encouraging that we saw 5 properties with construction workers hammering them. Hopefully, they will be on the market in 2,3 months.

Talked to my friend Mika from Germany on the phone,understood why I could not come due to see her due to covid19.Going to be next year,hopefully June of 2021 and she is excited about that.Known her since I was stationed in Germany when I was in the Marines.

Mika and I have a great and tight friendship.She has taught me very well on being proud of my German heritage.Was surprised I know the German language very well too.Had everything planned to go back in March,that had to change when covid19 came.I have to make an appointment with the secretary of state tomorrow,get a plate for my 1969 Plymouth Fury and put the title in my name.Will be a Marines plate.

We suspended the catering service and the maid service in March, April and May but we continued to pay them these months. None of them have said "thank-you" but my husband told me today that the maid service returned the March check. They kept the other 2 months though

Got out of work early due parts not in that come in Monday,did get some done.Got back from another property of mine,guy bought a truck from me,a 1975 Chevy pickup.I took it on trade for something a couple weeks ago,got my money back from it.Had it stored there and I was going to sell it anyway.This property has a house and a big sized barn sized garage.

That's bad business sense.

We set them up on recurring pay so payment goes to them regardless, we have no problems paying them and do not expect anything but you are right, a little gratitude goes a long way.

I know it will go well.Going back to this property of mine later this morning,have a scrapper coming to pick up the Mobil home which is in bad shape.He paid me good money for it and has transported them complete by him and a good crew.All I want done with it is removed and gone.Have had to call the police twice,squatters were living in it and had a hard time getting them out

I did not know we did it Karen, but I was okay when I found out.

My husband is generous when it comes to compensating the household staffs. They are not full time but they receive a fixed amount from us every month , we pay them 14 times a year in equal amounts, the extra are for Thanksgiving and Christmas gifts. One time, Brian told me they never mentioned anything about the extra payments but they were so thankful about the Christmas gift bags of chocolate and pastries. That made me wonder if they checked their band account.

I often get tips off my patients. But it is the biscuits, or chocolates that I am most grateful for. So I usually tip with biscuits.

Helped out a friend of mine's mom out.My friend Amy's dad passed away Thursday night and told her mom that I would get 1969 Plymouth Valiant finished up.He had it almost done,all I had to put on was the intake and carburetor including a few brackets.Did get it running and her mom was happy to hear it run.Amy knew I was the one to finish it up and her mom is glad she can drive it once again.Her mom bought me lunch.I knew her dad very well,great guy.Going to the funeral on Tuesday,Amy and her mom know I am there for them.Did get rid of the mobil home on a property of mine this morning and glad it's gone.A scrapper bought it from me for scrap.One of his guys asked me about a car in the pole barn,a 1968 Chrysler New Yorker and told him not for sale.Bought it in April,looking for correct year 1968 440 to put in it.
