The Random & Off-Topic Thread

I met a young man named Random this past winter. He was homeless and staying at the mission. He'd been at the laundromat for at least an hr waiting on a bus. I offered to drive him to the shelter. We were on our way out the door when the bus came. I told him he could try to catch it or save the ticket and come with me. I still don't know what made me reach out to him. He had been in jail and I don't normally do stuff like that. Anyway, we chatted on the way there. When I dropped him off I made him give me a hug. Again, I don't know why. I think about him every now and then. Pray for him. I don't know why but to me it seems sad to name a child Random. Like they were no more thought than that.

Did a little drag racing last night,had two guys whom bragged they could beat me.It was at an abandoned airstrip.I challenged them and won with this that came home with this,$$$$$$.I shut their mouth,the club I am with were amazed I didn't bad talk back right away

It goes right over my head. We never bought those old american cars over here. We always expected cars to go round bends without falling over. 

In fairness, usa doesn't have our tight bendy roads, and we don't have your long wide straights.

I used to be on a p2p called Audiogalaxy. It was the first time I discovered groups. One of the groups I joined was called anarchy. The problem was that the owner didn't believe in any heirarchy, so everyone was made a moderator.

As a result, at least once a week, some silly sod would kick us all off, and we had to re-join.
