What have you bought lately?

Yesterday I bought some more tubes of paint. They were about the normal online price or just lower but I found that many things at the art fetival I went to were actually for sale at a somewhat higher price compared to what they are available for online, even though the price labels showed a 'festival offer' price.

Something to be aware of when falling into the excitement of these events.

I bought groceries today.

I bought digital albums yesterday by Thousand Foot Krutch (Oxygen: Inhale) and Newsboys (Stand). I think next month's music purchase(s) will be 80's rock...

We were out of Caesar dressing, so I also bought that this morning when I went out for a walk. Could have waited for that purchase, but we had supper plans that included it!

I do plan to check out the Prime Day deals next week, but I don't have anything firm in mind to look for. My mum wants a new printer, though, so we'll see if I can help out - I'm the one with the Prime membership and I do some online shopping for her now and then.

Speaking of, she wanted an order of books recently, so those are on the way. At least one is for her friend's birthday present at the beginning of August.

While I was on Amazon to order vitamins, I found magnetic building toys on sale, plus water shoes at a discount. Now I gotta stay off Amazon till Prime Days...

And tomorrow I need to check in with the auto glass place, since that might be the quickest to get my car's rearview mirror reattached - I think the heat was too much for the original glue! (Car was manufactured Dec 2004, so it's getting to be an oldie! Not quite a classic car, though, lol.)

I'm just paying my bills, rather than buying anything.

Water shoes?

We all had plastic sandals as kids. They allowed us to go down to the stream in the golf course. There we would find golf balls and sell them to the golfers.

Not jelly shoes, though I had those when I was young. (And I don't do crocs. They just feel yuck to me!) This is a different fabric that dries quickly and covers the whole foot.

I just bought a shower repair. £115. Labour was £85, and parts were £30.

We won't know for certain that it is fixed until tomorrow, when the silicone is fully set.

Is that bad? He arrived at 8:10, and worked/fetched spares till 9:45?

That's $149 in your money. 

It would have been a lot more here.
