What have you bought lately?

When it comes to our children, I will go many extra miles to help them if they want to better themselves or if they need help due to something out of their controls.

I'm buying groceries today.

They are always 'our kids'.

Absolutely!!! But soon enough, I'll be able to spoil the Grandies (Grandbabies) 


That's all that matters to me but I have a Jetta so what do i know LOL

I bought most of our new garden summerhouse/ man cave. It will arrive next week.

Design is by OH and includes a covered seating area so we can be outside without worrying about weather.

Those are great. I don't know why it is nice to sit outside, but it really is.

We do it a lot.

I love sitting outside after sunset. Because of the water and swamps behind me it sounds just like a tropical rainforest. 

Placed an order for my new car's floor mats. They should be here on Wednesday.

My sister's son will graduate from dental school this weekend, I need to get him something. One more dentist in the family, he is following his mom's footstep. He will do his residency at Stanford University. So proud of my godson.

I can't see myself in the dental/medical line of works, blood, what I see in people's mouth will not be something I desire to see.

The weekly grocery shop yesterday.

I bought a new clock for the bathroom. We just had a regular clock for a while, but now we'll have one that should be waterproof.

I also ordered the last of my special annotated editions of Jane Austen novels from Belknap Press: Pride & Prejudice. I had discovered these editions a few years ago when Persuasion was at the library booksale, and I've gradually added them new since then. I might look for graphic novels next and continue expanding my Jane Austen collection to multiple bookshelves...

Nothing today.
