What have you bought lately?

Yesterday I bought the midweek shop. I also had to pickup a 'click and collect' order from The Range. As TKMaxx is very close to there I thought it a good time to check their handbags as I need a new one. The one I mainly use is now looking rather jaded and worn. I managed to find a nice one and, comparing it to the one I have, was almost identical, being the same make and style so I knew it was Ok.

Later, after I returned home, I ordered a watercolour paint pallette which hopefully should work well when I want something that is more portable than my usual setup.

I tend to buy mine on cruise ships. They are more expensive, but I have to spend my cruise credit somehow lol.

This, unfortunately, has given me a taste for expensive bags, preventing me from shopping in 'sensible' places, and paying 'sensible' prices, for them.

I know exactly what you are saying Cherry. 

I can't believe I have become  handbag label snob. I am mortified.

I will be buying food today.

Groceries.

Lottery tickets. And two carpet samples.

If there is anything either of us wants we just go ahead and buy it, so in that respect she is easy to buy for.  

On this occasion though I wanted to do something a bit more special.  I am actually buying her a present as my wife now, so I wanted it to be a surprise.

When we got engaged, we exchanged the same rings - Sapphire and Diamond cluster engagement ring (shown below).

There are a set of earrings with a similar set of stones which match perfectly - Sapphire and CZ Radiant cluster earring (shown below).  This is going to be the perfect gift for her...
