Music - What are you listening to?

"Locomotive Breath" - Jethro Tull. Ian Anderson is Scottish, Cher.

Cool! I like just about everything I hear from Tull. I think that Ian may have been born with a flute in his hand. And when I was little, my Mum would make salmon salad sandwiches for me all the time!

Tull is not a "normal" rock band, and Ian has big eyes!

I liked that.

It was one of my favourite dance tracks.

Then I wound back and liked others too.

I saw that video before and loved it! Too bad that the girls aren't prettier.

You have two stars that care about you, so that's cool! Well, they may not be exactly your friends, so . . . . . . there is that! Snuck the Lads in again.

A friend of mine came back from France in 1979 and said he had seen this great band in a little bar. He said: "They are going to be big, they are called Dire Straits. Watch out for them."

That album was an early indicator for me with my ex. One I chose to ignore.

The album was called The Age Of Consent. The sleeve discussed the age around the world that homosexuality was legal. I didn't know that when I bought it, and I said to him that the variations around the world was fascinating.

He snapped back, "I don't see why." and just walked away..

His next band was called the Communards, and he shares vocals with a woman, the litle twist being that he takes the high tenor and she takes the baritone [is that the correct terms?

I love that track, it is so long since I heard it. :0

I saw him once in concert at a festival, he was really great.
