The Drink Thread

My Andrea is mildly gluten intolerant. She enjoys it, but puts on weight easily with it, so probably fluid retention.

There ya go heatherly. Make yourself something nummy and drink up. LOL! (kidding...only if ya wanna)

Vodka does go with a lot...lol...

Chai teas are good with milk... or even a creamer that already has some sugar in it.

my response.....i'm not drinking right now and i'm still depressed. the alcohol actually helps me calm down and feel better. unless i drink too much which i haven't done for 20 yrs?

i think in smaller amounts yes. if i were a heavy drinker i'd be worse off than i am now for sure.

Alcohol is classed as a depressant because of the effect it has on your system ie it makes you less capable, is my understanding. It doesn't necessarily make you depressed. Cannabis is also classed in the same way.

Anywho I'm debating on trying some oat milk. Silk has one called Oat Yeah that sounds good.
Now yesterday the personal shopper couldn't find my usual unsweetened almond milk but found some with coconut milk in it. I don't eat coconut but I figured I'd try it. It was yummy.

I think that one was the non irn bru drinker? At least that was who I remember it being most recently or the first time you asked. But now it's too long afterward to remember anymore lol once someone deletes their account we cannot see who they used to be, so we don't always know who someone is. You might see a few deleted accounts in older posts, and they can all be different people, so there is no tellin'!
