Do You Like Sleeping?

I slept in today until 11:30am.

It was a wonderful sleep.

What you need is a very irritating alarm clock on a table at the other end of the room

Sounds dreadful. Id have to. "kill" it.
My alarm plays a version of Grieg morning mood with natural bird song mix. Gentle and peaceful way to wake up.

Well, I certainly didn't have a lie-in today. My muse woke me up: I wrote two poems. When inspiration calls, I answer.

I had a long lie this morning 8:15

That would be like comatose for you.

I had a three-hour nap on my dad's sofa today.

It was a lovely sleep.

I got up early today. But this was to my advantage: I managed to shower and wash my hair without being in a hurry. Because I work on a Wednesday, I need to leave my apartment early. I walk to work, so need a good 25 minutes to get there. AND I do NOT like being late.

Anyhow, I may have a nap later this afternoon: I don't know.

I will have to sleep when my body tells me I need it.

I slept from just after 23:00 until 07:15. It was not perfect but was not troubled either so good

I didn't sleep well but slept the same hours.

41/2 hours is bad

I had a good night's sleep and woke up at 9:50am today.

When I get too relaxed I always fall asleep. If I watch a movie in the daytime for instance, halfway through I fall asleep. It happens everytime. I just become relaxed and enter the land of nod. When I wake up the movie is finished.
