Do You Wear Earrings?

I put my unworn earrings in a small cup. I don't know what to do with them: I might donate them to a charity shop.

I only wear one pair of earrings nowadays. It has been that way in the last 2 years or so.

That's true. One pair on my ears every time, the same thing all the time.

I wear bold, fun and funky earrings regularly.

I have a few that are day to day go-to's, and a few elegant go-to's.

The rest have to wait their turn.

I store mine in ice cube trays.

For larger earrings with posts or French wire, I have a mirrored jewelry cabinet which holds necklaces, rings and brooches as well. I'm surprised these are still made. I bought it in 1998 from a local furniture store:  www.kitchensource.com/cabinet-organizers/js-co1003-cm-sl.htm#

I have a tree for my earrings, and don't use those with posts anymore, just hooks. Feels better on my ears and they rarely get irritated since that switch. The bottom of the tree has a tray for my rings and I can make the bracelets and necklaces fit too, so I can take off all jewelry and store it in the same place.

As long as I still wear a mask, I will have four empty holes as well.

I find that I have that I have to put them on in the morning, but if I take them off during the day, I can do without.

But normally I wear them every day I am not in clinic.

Me too! It's like not wearing a ring that you always put on, then touching your fingers and fiddling with them when you don't think you normally do when the rings are on...

Sometimes my earrings get a bit caught up in the mask earloops, but usually it's all good. I keep wearing them. I have a few favourites, but generally do a random-ish rotation based on what matches what I'm wearing, or what matches my mood instead!
