Tell Us About Your Day

Today I've been to the library. I also gave my apartment a hoover and general tidy-up. I bought my good friend a horse pendant necklace from town: she'll love it. I did go into the same shop on Saturday, but my sister would not let me buy it. So today I went in on my own and purchased the horse necklace. It is for one of my friends, so I have every right doing so [in case my sister does not like it]. My friend has been riding horses since a young child, so I know she loves horses. I also want her to have a keepsake and just something to treasure, whether she wears it or not.

I bumped into loads of people I knew in town: I must've spoken to 5 or 6 people! In fact, my social club resumes in January: I am definitely going. I don't want to run away. It'll be good to be with friends again.

Just almost finished the housework. I think the dust had missed me, as it all gathered round since my return.

So beautiful.

My ex used to have an annual conference in Denver so we were there just about every year. We always tood a side trip skiing in Vail after the conference.

...and bring all their mates. 

I spent the day with my bestie, Vicky. We wandered into a fair few shops and drank a Costa drink each. She gave my my birthday and Christmas presents, plus a card! I also gave her her Christmas presents. I am sending the Christmas card from Moonpig.com, so did not not give her that particular card today.

When Vicky got on the bus I walked to the house, helped out with dinner, then got driven home and cleaned my bathroom and kitchen.

Another good day!

I'm taking a half the day off and meeting my husband at Osceola Heritage Park for a stamp show. Yes he is into to that too. After that we are going out for a nice dinner.

I had a long lie-in today. I later got up and had my daily shower. I also sorted my apartment a bit and browsed the Internet. I drank my daily cup of coffee, too.

It is now Friday evening and I shall be watching a DVD.

John wants to go back to the show so I might go with him.

If he is looking at stamps at that price.

Today is an exercise day.. I don't feel the greatest, but will push myself to do it anyway.. like I usually do. I would never get anything done if I waited to feel good to do things xD I don't have many good days it seems.

Didn't do much at all really. Is that a wasted day?

I do feel quite happy and contented.

I've had my daily shower, am listening to Christina Aguilera's album "Stripped" and am browsing the Internet. I have also put on a load of laundry and am waiting for a delivery.

I am a little unwell today. In fact, I feel awful. I hope it's not COVID-19.
