I can't stand being around people who are drunk. It isn't enjoyable to watch and makes me sick to my stomach.
I was only remembering, the other day, being in town one night in the car. I passed a club and a drunk wandered across the road, in front of me, and fell across the bonnet facing me. He just looked and so did I. I didn't know how to react but luckily, afer what seemed like an age, he picked himself up and wandered off. The car was clean and undamaged and, although I remember the incident well, I was not particularly stressed by it. One of those things that happen (and remind me to avoid the centre of town late on).
Going to take a picture and finding out you forgot to put the memory stick in...
We used to have a camera that did not tell you when it was full. We lost a whole morning of snow, and ice, pics of our favourite walk. Ones we have never been able to replicate.
Thats terrible. Losing, actually never even taking all those pics. Fortunately, I think all camera's will let you know that the stick is full.

Seeing the rats running around at the bottom of the garden and knowing that because of others there is no way I can do other than limit them a bit. I wish they were intelligent enough to reason
Ok so today we were walking the dogs when I became aware of a group of joggers coming up behind us. There were about 10 people. As they caught up with us I turned and loudly said Watch out for the dogs.... They did not deviate, they did not pause, they did not break step, they just ran headlong into us and Murphys gnashing teeth.. Then they all said oooh , bad doogy, oooh nasty...
At which point I was ready to get very nasty too, what the hell is wrong with people? we moved as far out of the way as we could, we called out to them very clearly , we held the dogs on a short line but really ladies ..If you were walking in the park r down the street and suddenly a group of 10 dogs (or strangers) came running up and invaded your personal space how would you feel? Because thats exactly how the dogs feel , they dont know about jogging they just see a lot of strangers running up to us and getting in our personal space. Of course they react.

No wonder you were angry, Cassie. You had every right to be.
People who criticize and are always nasty for no reason annoy me. Those are two traits I HATE. I just could not carry on dating someone if I discovered they always criticized and always came out with nasty comments. It wouldn't matter how attractive they were or how much money they had. When they showed their true colours - ugly ones at that - it'd be over in 5 minutes. This would apply no matter how good they were in bed, too.

There are gangs, and there are gangs. They may not all be dangerous, but they do share one thing in common: mucho inconsideration.
I got stuck behind a gang of cyclists once in Lincolnshire. It was a long narrow heavily winding road. It was over 15 minutes following them until a straight piece of road appeared.
I should maybe not have been so patient, but I think it is still classed as dangerous driving to knock a few off as you go by?

I drove my friend home one night along the boundary of Ham Common in Surrey. After I dropped her off driving home there were a group of lads on the pavement they were pushing and shoving each other and one staggered into the road I swerved but my wing mirror clipped him. I stopped but he and his mates started walking towards my vehicle which was an old land rover. These had no locks inside the doors. You could only lock them from the outside..
I decided that he was obviously ok and I was better off leaving the scene quicky. That was my lesson in making sure my car was secure all round when driving at night.
The rats really. My neighbours are very good but love to see the birds so effectively run a gourmet restaurant for them with seed, fat balls and sometimes other things put out daily. It's all very well but there is no way rats would keep away, especially as we have waste ground at the end of the garden. Sometimes the rats supplement their diet with things from my garden although they mostly leave the plants alone. I have been surprised this year though as it seems they have eaten apples off the tree (lower branches). I would say that was impossible until a few years ago when I saw a group of rats climbing up a pedestal to a birdbath next door containing seeds for the birds. They are not as agile as squirrels but are quite intelligent. I think my neighbours are aware of the rats as they have tried to fence in the seed tables but even their puppies have found ways of getting in.

A nightmare I regularly come across as I often drive down little roads there (here). The one that really irritated me though was a group of three in a local town. They were waiting at a junction, three abreast, and when they / we could go they set off slowly, in the same configuration. Seeing a clear road in front of them I accelerated past quickly giving at least a cars width but had to cut in soon after because of a parked car. I was well in front by that time (at least a car length) and moving at about twice their speed but they still shouted in anger.
It's usually fairly easy to give a cyclist plenty of room in town but two or three abreast really messes things up with the narrow streets we usually have. With the increase in camera monitored bus lanes and speed cameras it makes passing even worse.
Yesterday, a Christmas channel launched (we have it until january). I thought I'd put it on in the evening for a bit, first 3 songs were Justin Bieber singing some song about mistletoe, Joy to the world to the tune of the Macarena, and a song by some girl group that was just number one at the time, and has nothing at all to do with Christmas
Am I the only one who thinks that modern Christmas music just sucks?

Seriously? I do like xmas music, but you hear it once, you hear it a thousand times. So much so that I dislike the best xmas song ever: Fairytale of New York.
But just to cheer you up, this I can still live with:
Oh no as long as it doesn't start too soon I love singing along to all the old classics ,the songs of my childhood and cosy family times at a very exciting time of year.
The Christmas music channel really needs to stopp playing fairytale of new york Have you heard it lately?
Since they cut out that word from the song, the second verse sounds a mess. The version they have on this MTV Christmas, well it sounds like a cd skipping through the whole of the second verse
I heard one version that said you cheap lousy carrot. At least that sort of works. I guess.

I know. Banning single words from pop records. What a joke. Who is going to be corrupted?

I have sky radio in the car they play all Christmas music in the run up to Christmas. They havent played Fairytale once to my knowledge.
A pity because if people can just get past the word they all have their knickers in a knot over its actually a beautiful if very sad song about a relationship that slides downhill due to substance abuse and disillionsionment when the dreams they had fail to appear. Its more real than many of the Christmas songs we hear.
