When I was studying to be a podiatrist, most of us were aware that it was an odd profession to choose, so most of us had come across it by chance really.

Not one girl, she had wanted to be a podiatrist ever since she was 7.

The most odd people I have known are the ones who lie for no reason. Just completely make things up and have outrageous claims about themselves. Pair that with them also believing in conspiracy theories lol those people are not in my life anymore at least, but I found them to be very odd during the time I had to endure their presence.

My OH and his mates knew someone like this , he was just a delivery driver but from his stories in the pub you would think he was the worlds next James Bond..

The guys would buy him a pint just to hear the newest story...OH said it was better than watching telly and cheaper than a film!

A good friend of mine got a divorce some years ago. One of the things she told me was that her ex used to make out he was member of the secret services. When she told her lawyer, he said that was common.

He used to go away for weekends, and overnight, and wouldn't tell her where he had been.

It may have done something to my memory.

The older we get the harder it is to remember things as well, especially if we don't think of those times enough. If you had a rough childhood at all, then you might forget a good bit of it.. or remember every bit of it... our brains are weird!
