The first Jaws had it's menace although on to Jaws 2 it got far less so. Recently there were a number of different shark films on the TV. A shark with multiple heads and another in which it was raining sharks and even others. Most were so silly they were comedies.

I saw Jaws the original at the cinema.. I went with firends because it was the thing to do ( but Id already read the book)..
One of the gang , Dave leaned back in his chair with his feet up on the backrest of the empty row in front..

The film started and he was trying to open a bag of sweets, the famous music started and he was still only half watching while busy still trying to open the sweets. then the shark comes up and grabs Chrissys legs, she screams ..
At that point Dave automatically lifted his feet and promptly vanished between the two rows of chairs with the one he had been stting on snapping shut behind him..... The floor was covered in sweets as the bag burst and we didnt know if we should be shocked at the film or just laugh at Dave !
