But my fave was definitely, no qualms about it, Blade Runner.

Everyone keeps telling me how awesome the 100 is. I tried to watch the first episode and I couldn't get into it which was weird because stories like that are right up my ally.

I think I need to give it another chance!

Personally I never have the issue of "persevering the first episode." Normally I either like it or I don't.

Then again, Battlestar Galactica was an AWESOME series and the first episode was very, very boring.

Sometimes pilots aren't the greatest because the characters aren't meshing well together yet. I have watched a lot of shows like that, and I'm glad I stuck around for them because now everything is so natural and great amongst the actors, which makes it even better to watch. Of course, I like the plot and writing already =p but poor acting can kill any show for me.

The second series was hilarious. When I watched series 1 later, it was hilarious too. Sometimes, the whole concept has to grow on you. The Office [UK version] was similar.

im a soap sort of girl, i love Hollyoaks and Home & Away, these 2 are defo my guilty pleasure, i like anything food related really, esp. if Jamie Oliver or Gordon Ramsay are in it, i quite like Masterchef but Great British Bake Off is also good.

I watched the most popular uk soap last week. It is called Eastenders, it is set in London. It was genuinely depressing and utterly lacking in any happiness, joy or optimism.

I can safely say I will never watch it again.

Don't really watch soaps, the acting is just.... horrible and comical usually from what I've seen lol

The closest thing to being a soap that I watch is "Revenge"... It's not as good as it used to be, but eh, I still watch it just to see what's going to happen next lol
