I'm leaning toward using our one takeout dinner of January to start the year with a celebration meal on Sunday. Might only be fast food to save money, but there are some yummy choices at a franchise that's a family favourite on my side. (Mum used to work at one location in a nearby city, and Dad's always liked it too.)

I remember as a teenager when smoking was far more prevalent, noticing that certain areas threw away similar packets lol

Embassy regal packets, the cheapos, were most popular in the poorer areas, as opposed to Benson and Hedges, which were to be found in the gutter in the wealthier parts.
