How The 'Lost Art' Of Breathing Can Impact Sleep

I am off to bed in a few minutes, I will give the nose breathing a try.

I do need the sleep. I over did it today, my arms and back aches, and I am doing more tomorrow. eek

Do you know what a mouthbreather is?

I know it is a fish for one thing. I am not sure if it is anything else.

Why?

I think it just came about because people breathing with their mouth agape look less intelligent, but it's a common diss I have heard. You say it to any person you think is stupid regardless if they actually breathe through their mouth, though ;p  I mostly see it said on the internet than anywhere else.
