This made me grin, as I used to play a game with my eldest when she was little. It was called shut-up and lie still.

We would go under the quilt and I would count to ten in a whisper.

The game would carry on until we managed it. I don't know what was stranger, that she rarely got it within 2 or 3 attempts, or that she often asked to play that game.

I am sure that cephalopod would have done it quicker.
