I got a lot of Indian desserts yesterday, some donuts in rose water with light syrup. Having Indian food once every few months is just the right amount for me but Indian desserts, I like.

I made lambshanks in my instant pot yesterday it was a sort of cassarole and it was wonderful. I did wonder it was spiced with chilli cumin and cinnamon ..

Today Im getting the instant pot out again and this time its sweet and sour chicken..

More leftovers. Tomorrow I think I will make turkey chili. Going to add in some shitake mushrooms as well to see how that works out.

I have to do something with some fresh veggies I bought.. lol the green beans are already looking a little aged.
