Normally after a cruise I eat my carefully considered low carb main meal, and that will be followed by "Where's my large selection of desserts, of which I will choose two?"

That is not insurmountable. You just need determination. I know people who have lost that and more.

I lost half of that to get where I am today. Stopping smoking was much more difficult. I did it separately.
